Mini rollers are great for smaller jobs and there is a roller in our range to suit the job that you are doing.

All roller sleeves listed here are designed to fit the same standard handle allowing you to change the sleeve to suit the job.

Roller options:

Straight ends foam roller

• High density foam roller sleeve
• 110mm wide
• Straight ends give a sharper edge
• Use for applying topcoats and jobs where edge control is important

Round ends foam roller

• Very high density foam roller sleeve
• 110mm wide
• Rounded ends gives a blended edge
• Use for applying resin and coatings where a smooth, blended edge is preferred

Red striped nylon roller

• 13mm nap nylon roller sleeve
• 100mm wide
• Durable nylon fabric suitable for use with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins
• Use for applying resin (but when reinforcing cloth with resin you should use a proper consolidation roller)

Mohair and wool roller

• 4mm nap roller sleeve
• 100mm wide
• Wool and mohair blend for use with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins
• Use for smooth resin application where you want a smooth thin layer

Quick Tips:

• Choose the right roller sleeve for your job as they all work slightly differently
• Foam rollers can get quite “gummed up” when rolling polyester or vinyl ester due to the way styrene reacts with foam
• Once resin is applied, roller sleeves are usually single-use items
