NZ Fibreglass Ltd has an online shop at www.nzfibreglass.co.nz, a trademe store, a physical retail store and warehouse at 109 Morrin Road, St Johns, Auckland and a physical office administration office based on the North Shore of Auckland.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NZ Fibreglass will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss if any third party gains unauthorised access to your information.

Under the Privacy Act you have the right to request access to your personal information that we hold, and to have that information corrected and/or updated. You can update some of your personal information online via your account or contact us on privacy@nzfibreglass.co.nz. We will rely on the information that you have provided us so please ensure that information is accurate and kept up-to-date.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We will keep your contact information confidential to our business entity NZ Fibreglass, NZFG and our affiliated services, for example, courier services our marketing and sales teams.

CCTV and NZ FIBREGLASS LTD

We use CCTV at our retail shop located at 109 Morrin Road.

We collect information to:

• surveil and gather information if a crime were to occur
• act as a deterrent for crime
• monitor what staff and customers in our store are doing
• monitor Transitional Facility Operator areas to meet Biosecurity requirements for storing and opening sea containers delivered to site
• support the safety and security of NZ Fibreglass staff, NZ Fibreglass customers and the public using NZ Fibreglass premises
• support the protection and security of NZ Fibreglass’ assets and facilities
