PVC80 is a closed‑cell, cross‑linked PVC structural foam used anywhere you need a lightweight but strong core in a composite laminate. It offers excellent stiffness, toughness, and impact resistance without adding unnecessary weight.

Quick Tips:

Core can be worked with using standard cutting and machine tools
Core must be clean and dust‑free before bonding
Can be thermoformed – warm the sheet until it softens, bend it into shape, and once it cools it will hold that shape permanently

Nothing explicit. Just avoid breathing dust when cutting or shaping. Gloves and dust masks are recommended.
