PVC80 is a closed‑cell, cross‑linked PVC structural foam used anywhere you need a lightweight but strong core in a composite laminate. It offers excellent stiffness, toughness, and impact resistance without adding unnecessary weight.

Quick Tips:

  • Core can be worked with using standard cutting and machine tools
  • Core must be clean and dust‑free before bonding
  • Can be thermoformed – warm the sheet until it softens, bend it into shape, and once it cools it will hold that shape permanently

  • Nothing explicit.  Just avoid breathing dust when cutting or shaping. Gloves and dust masks are recommended.
