PTFE film is a non-porous coated glass fabric that is typically used as a semi-permanent non-stick mould surface. Resin will not bond to the PTFE surface and the film is resistant to temperatures up to 230°C.

Features:

• Provides a smooth, semi-permanent demoulding surface
• 75micron thick so will have minimal effect on the final part dimensions (offset amount from mould surface)
• Silicone adhesive backing for easy application
• Compatible with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin systems

Quick Tips:

• Ensure the mould surface is clean and dry before application
• Measure and dry-fit before removing the backing film
• Apply from one edge, progressively removing the backing while pressing the film into place
