ER11 catalyst is a blended formula of MEKP and AAP that has a faster curing time than standard MEKP.
Suitable for controlled production environments where faster demould and cycle times are required.

Features:

  • Faster and more responsive cure compared to standard MEKP
  • Higher exotherm for quicker post-gel cure and demould
  • Balanced formulation offering more control than pure AAP catalysts
  • Can be used on its own or blended with MEKP to adjust cure speed

Quick Tips:

  • Use only in controlled environments with temperature-stable tooling
  • Not recommended for hand lay-up, spray-up, general laminating or thin laminates
  • Best suited to experienced users in production applications
  • Always test cure behaviour before committing to production work
