ER11 is a blended catalyst of MEKP and AAP.  It provides a faster cure than standard MEKP and is suited to controlled production environments where rapid cure and faster demould cycle times are required.

Features:

  • Faster and more responsive cure compared to standard MEKP
  • Higher exotherm for quicker post-gel cure and earlier demould
  • Can be used on its own or blended with more MEKP to adjust cure speed

  • Use at 1-3% by weight
  • Always test cure behaviour before committing to production work
