Quick Tips:

• Allow 600g resin per m2 per mm of core
  • 1 mm ≈6 kg/m²
  • 2 mm ≈2 kg/m²
  • 3 mm ≈8 kg/m²
  • 5 mm ≈0 kg/m²
• Laminate base glass layer
• Pre-wet the rough side of the core material using around 30% of required amount of resin
• Place wet side down on first glass layer
• Wet out core material with rest of resin (lamb wool roller works well here)
• Shape wet core
• Add top glass layers
