Bristle rollers are made for wetting out resin through fibreglass cloth.  The rollers are made for:

• pushing resin deep into the laminate
• removing air bubbles for a stronger, void-free finish
• mould construction and skin coats

Features:

• Ideal for heavy fabrics and tight areas where bubble removal is critical
• No annoying end bolts, so you can wet out right to the edge and into corners
• Reusable handle with disposable sleeves (roller heads)
• Sleeves available separately for easy replacement

Quick Tips:

• Use short strokes to avoid splashing resin
• Width options:
  • 50 mm: Tight corners and narrow areas
  • 75 mm: Most small to medium sized moulds
  • 100 mm: General laminating jobs
  • 150 mm: Medium panels and mould sections
  • 200 mm: Large flat areas for fast wet-out
• Maintenance:
  • Clean roller immediately after use by soaking in acetone or resin cleaner
  • Rotate the roller while cleaning
  • Dry thoroughly before storing
  • Replace sleeves when bristles become stiff or clogged
