PVC Foam is a closed‑cell, cross‑linked PVC structural foam used anywhere you need a lightweight but strong core in a composite laminate. It offers excellent stiffness, toughness, and impact resistance without adding unnecessary weight.

These skimmed sheets are taken from the top of the manufacturing block before the standard thicknesses are cut — giving you thin sheets that can be used for repair work and builds that require thinner sheets.  Or they can be glued together to build up thickness.

These pieces are imperfect and thickness ranges from 0.5mm-5mm.  You’re welcome to come onsite and select your own sheets.

Features:

  • Closed‑cell structure for negligible water absorption
  • Self‑extinguishing PVC formulation
  • Outstanding chemical resistance
  • Good thermal insulation properties
  • Works with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins
  • Certified by DNV, RINA, Lloyds, Germanischer Lloyd
