Trade Accounts are available to customers who place large or frequent orders and have demonstrated consistent purchasing over time.

A Trade Account is a line of credit, not a discount program. Trade discounts apply to volume purchases, specific promotions, specific indented purchases or specific trade agreements
Customers spending under $1,500 monthly generally remain on a cash sale basis.

All new trade customers start as prepaid customers.

Moving to On Account terms (payment on the 20th of the month following) requires:

A completed Terms of Trade Form (emailed to you as part of the process)
Trade reference and credit checks
In some cases, a Personal Guarantee from all business owners or director

Do I get discounts with a Trade Account?
Nope! A Trade Account gives you credit terms, not cheaper prices.

Trade discounts kick in for volume purchases, special promos, indented orders, or specific trade agreements.

Our everyday prices are already lower than most fibreglass suppliers because we want everyone to access quality materials without breaking the bank.

How much do I need to spend to qualify?
Customers spending under $1,000 per month usually stay on a cash sale basis.

You can still shop online, order over the phone, or pop into our Auckland store on a pay as you go basis.

Can I start ordering while my application is processed?
For sure! You don’t have to wait.

Anyone can order online, over the phone, or in-store while we work on your application.
