Spiral tubing is used in resin infusion to help the resin flow evenly around the part while keeping resin flow paths running under vacuum.  Without the spiral tubing, the resin feed lines could collapse, so the rigid tubing keeps these pathways open for the

Quick Tips:

• Place spiral tubing around the perimeter of the part or along resin feed lines
• Infusion mesh distributes resin across the part while spiral tubing distributes resin along the edge.
• Spiral tubing should not be placed directly beneath the part
