800gsm Double Bias is a structural reinforcement.  The +45/-45 angled fibre orientation provides strength in multiple directions while the 800gsm weight builds laminate thickness quickly.

Features:

• 800gsm provides maximum structural build-up with the fewest layers
• Heaviest Double Bias cloth in our range
• Suitable for use with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin systems
• Supplied rolled onto a cardboard tube to help keep the fabric straight and easy to handle

Quick Tips:

• Dry fit and cut the double bias to size before mixing up the resin
• Resin to cloth ration is typically 1.2:1 by weight:
  • 1 lineal metre of 1270mm wide, 800gsm cloth weighs 1.02kg
  • Allow approximately 1.3-1.4kg per lineal metre of cloth
• Can be laminated wet on wet typically up to 2 layers at a time
