600gsm Double Bias is a structural reinforcement.  The +45/-45 angled fibre orientation provides strength in multiple directions while the 600gsm weight builds laminate thickness quickly.

Features:

• 600gsm provides rapid structural build up with fewer layers
• Stitched construction gives better strength-to-weight performance than chopped strand mat
• Suitable for use with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin systems
• Supplied rolled onto a cardboard tube to help keep the fabric straight and easy to handle

Quick Tips:

• Dry fit and cut the double bias to size before mixing up the resin
• Resin to cloth ration is typically 1.2:1 by weight:
  • 1 lineal metre of 1250mm wide, 600gsm cloth weighs 750g
  • Allow approximately 900g-1kg per lineal metre of cloth
• Can be laminated wet on wet typically up to 3 layers at a time
