High temperature sheet wax used to create a controlled gap between patterns, moulds or tooling surfaces.  Ideal for producing controlled clearances, parting offsets and matched moulds.

Features:

  • Precision thickness for accurate and repeatable spacing
  • Maintains thickness when formed over contours
  • High temperature resistant suitable for use with laminating and casting resins
  • Melts at elevated temperatures for easy removal

Quick Tips:

  • Apply to clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion
  • Press firmly to ensure full contact over contours
  • For removal, warm the wax (above ~125°C) or scrape from the surface
