G/flex 650 Epoxy Resin

G/flex 650 is a toughened, flexible epoxy resin system designed for strong bonding to difficult materials. It provides excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, fibreglass, and wood, including oily or hard‑to‑bond timbers.

Unlike standard rigid epoxies, this West System epoxy is formulated to absorb shock, vibration, and movement, making it ideal for repairs where flexibility and durability are required.

• Flexible once cured so resists cracking under movement
• Long working time with relatively fast cure

• Mix ratio (weight): 1.2:1
• Viscosity (20 °C): ~15,000 cP (honey‑like)
• Pot life (100 g @ 20 °C): ~45 minutes
• Working time: ~75 minutes
• Initial cure: 3–4 hours
• Workable cure: 7–10 hours
• Minimum temperature: 4 °C

• Mix thoroughly at a 1:1 ratio for best results
• Allow full cure before applying heavy loads
