A9LP is a highly stable and high performing MEKP that can be used year round (in NZ) and with both Polyester and Vinyl Ester resins that have been promoted with cobalt.

Features:

  • Made for room temperature curing of polyester Resin
  • Can also cure vinyl ester resins promoted with cobalt
  • Uses a temperature stable solvent making it ideal for NZ’s temperature ranges
  • Resins cured using A9LP can be post cured to 100C-127C

A few words on safety:

  • MEKP is an organic peroxide and needs to be handled with care
    • Make sure the product is opened in a well ventilated area, using PPE, including overalls, googles and respirator.
    • Clean hands before and after use.
    • Avoid breathing vapours and wash clothing that comes in contact before reuse.
  • Do not allow this product to touch:
    • acids
    • alkalis
    • metal salts
    • cobalt accelerators
  • Full SDS available on request
