Gelcoat Spray Gun – Professional Grade

This professional-grade sprayer is a must-have for gelcoat spraying. Designed for spraying gelcoat into open moulds, it delivers speed, control, and easy cleanup.

  • Sprays faster than conventional HVLP guns
  • Cleans up in just a few minutes
  • Uses standard paper cups or our graduated PolyPro cup
  • Unique vacuum-generating nozzles allow lateral and downward spraying
  • Supplied with size 6 nozzle (3/16″ / 4.8mm) ideal for most gelcoat applications

    • MIL gauge

Quick Tips

  • Connect to an air compressor before use
  • Spray within 100–150mm of the surface
  • Keep gun at a 90° angle to the object for even coverage
  • Move in straight horizontal lines for best finish
  • Control flow using the adjustable flow control (about 2 turns fully open)
  • When not spraying, keep the cup upright to prevent drips
