The G-100 popcorn gun is designed for spraying gelcoat.  Gelcoat works differently from paint and so standard spray guns are not as accurate for use with gelcoat.

Features:

• Supplied with size 6 nozzle (3/16″ / 4.8mm) ideal for most gelcoat applications
• Can also be used to spray polyester, vinyl ester and PVA release

Quick Tips:

• Connect to an air compressor before use
• Spray within 100–150mm of the surface
• Keep gun at a 90° angle to the object for even coverage
• Move in straight horizontal lines for best finish
• Control flow using the adjustable flow control (about 2 turns fully open)
• When not spraying, keep the cup upright to prevent drips

A few words on safety:

• Not considered dangerous on its own, but product is used to spray gelcoat and so use in well ventilated area with the right PPE including gloves, eye protection and mask
