HPR5 is a professional-grade, epoxy glue designed for high-strength bonding where joints are exposed to stress, vibration or impact.

Features:
  • Excellent for metal-to-metal bonding (eg. steel and aluminium)
  • Non-slump making it easy to use for vertical and overhead applications
  • High viscosity making it suitable for coving and gap filling.
  • High peel strength making durable bonds that resist edge lifting, vibration and cracking
  • Available in black or white to blend in with your bonding materials

  • Mix Ratio: 4:1 by weight
  • Pot Life: ~30–35 mins @ 20°C
  • Cure Cycle:
    • Thin film: ~3 hrs @ 20°C
    • Full cure: 7 days @ 25°C
    • Post-cure: 6 hrs @ 60°C for ultimate performance
  • Ultimate HDT: ~75°C (with post-cure)

Quick Tips:

  • Prepare bonding surfaces properly
  • Apply enough to ensure full wet out between the bonding surfaces
  • Do not over-clamp as it will squeeze the glue out of the bond
  • Allow full cure before putting the area under any stress load
